Like many teams we started in a garage-turned-office space, namely at Clare’s home in Rochdale. After 20 years’ experience in the finance industry Clare spotted a gap in the market. Thanks to the fast-paced evolution of banking into a seemingly faceless industry, not many businesses have a designated bank manager with whom they can visit to discuss financial goals and get the resources to achieve them. In essence, it’s created an ‘every man for himself’ culture in an already competitive landscape.
