Business mentoring is a service that I offer that can be one session or a long term service, so that once you are on track and you can keep revisiting your plan and maintain your focus.

I have been working with businesses for over 18 years, I'm also a qualified life coach and have been instrumental in starting and running a family business so I have a strong background in understanding both the finances of a business and also the challenges of being responsible for the success of the business.

 

Sometimes you need an independent person to support you and your decisions, to bounce ideas off and to offer advice on how to get to the next level, introduce a new product line or open a second venue, etc etc.

 

I am straight forward and honest with a logical approach to business while being able to provide support to you as a person.
